A History of Pop Gun Pictures
Pop Gun Pictures started in 2003 in Cambridge, England, founded by Joe Davison as an Independent Film Company. Currently, Pop Gun is based out of Tampa, Florida, simply for the fact that Joe's life, love, and friends are all located in the city by the bay.
Whilst in England Joe managed to help produce several independent films (find out more on the productions page, here). Working along side the Cambridge Film Makers Network www.cambridgefilmmakersnetwork.co.uk headed by Alison Mulford. Joe had the pleasure to work with England’s raising film makers; Emily Blickem of Mad and Bad Films, Carl Homer www.carlhomer.com, Stuart Walkins, Neill Phillips, and Kate Robinson, just to name a few…
Returning to the states in June 2005, Joe has since begun work on several projects. He has dedicated Pop Gun Pictures and himself to taking independent film in Tampa more seriously, by keeping projects focused on entertaining the audience.
